Job Summary
The Expeditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information between various departments within the organisation. This position is responsible for tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and facilitating communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely production and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to relay information regarding order status and potential delays.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to purchasing and supply chain activities.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss order progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Valid driver's license may be required for site visits.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
