Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality services to residents, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance village performance and resident experience.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Flexibility to work on a FIFO roster.
- Must pass a police background check and any other required pre-employment screenings.
