Job Summary
The Airport Reporting Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing airport operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including airline personnel, ground staff, and regulatory authorities, to facilitate efficient airport operations and enhance passenger experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on airport operations, including flight arrivals and departures, baggage handling, and passenger services.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with airline staff, security personnel, and emergency services to address operational issues.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, highlighting any incidents or irregularities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and emergency response plans.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to passengers and airport staff.

- A valid Australian driver’s license and the ability to obtain an airport security clearance.
