Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and be adept at managing multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO and the executive team.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting senior management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of business etiquette and professionalism.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Availability to work outside of regular hours, if necessary.
