Job Summary
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial risks of the organisation, overseeing financial planning and reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

- Proven track record of developing financial strategies and managing complex financial operations.
- Experience in the industry relevant to our business is an advantage.
