Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial operations of the organisation, providing strategic leadership and ensuring effective financial management. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong focus on optimising financial performance and supporting the organisation's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure the organisation's financial health.
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Present financial reports and analyses to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
- Ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
