We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee operations at our Brisbane location. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop a team of staff, providing training, support, and performance management.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and manage the distribution of goods.
- Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
