We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization’s growth and sustainability.


- Manage and oversee the daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax obligations and financial reporting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with Australian financial regulations and compliance.
