Job Summary

The Manager, Enterprise Program Office and Commercial Delivery is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of enterprise programs that align with the organization's objectives. This role involves overseeing project management processes, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) to ensure alignment of programs with business strategy.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial projects within budget and timelines.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to standardize practices across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance capabilities within the EPO.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in relevant methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of commercial delivery processes and enterprise governance frameworks is an advantage.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.

Salary: $147,769.72 - $156,144.37
