Job Summary

The Manager, Enterprise Program Office and Commercial Delivery will oversee the strategic planning and execution of enterprise-level programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and project delivery, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Enterprise Program Office to ensure effective governance and management of programs and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project performance, managing risks and issues to ensure successful delivery against business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and support for program initiatives.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of enterprise-level program management practices and frameworks.

Salary: $147,769.72 - $156,144.37
