The Manager, Enterprise Program Office and Commercial Delivery will oversee the strategic alignment and execution of enterprise-wide programs and projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that commercial delivery objectives are met while maintaining governance and best practices in project management. The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive efficiency and achieve business goals.


- Lead the Enterprise Program Office in developing and implementing project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
