Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Program Office and Commercial Delivery will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the Enterprise Program Office. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial projects, aligning them with organizational goals, and enhancing overall program performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Program Office to establish best practices for program management and project delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track project performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and resource allocation for program initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or similar) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a commercial environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in program and project management.
