The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice and guidance on HR practices, organizational development, and employee engagement. This role will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide coaching and support to management on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and drive engagement strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR management.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR business partnering or senior HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
