Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Australian work rights are essential.
