Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and quality improvement methodologies.
