We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator & Sterilisation Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing front desk operations while assisting with sterilisation processes to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and sterilisation of instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of sterilisation supplies and notify management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front office and sterilisation areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- A valid working with children check and police clearance may be required.
