Job Summary

We are seeking experienced lawyers for secondment opportunities in our Melbourne and Perth offices. This role offers a unique chance to work on diverse legal matters within a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert legal advice and support on a range of matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of client relationships.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry trends to inform legal practices.

Required Skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to practice law in Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Demonstrated experience in (specific practice areas relevant to the role, e.g., corporate, litigation, etc.).
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
