Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller with a strong background in property and construction to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and project cost analyses.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and senior management.
- Conduct financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
