Job Summary
**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Lead (Group HR) to join our team. This hands-on, multi-entity role will be responsible for driving the people strategy across various business units, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational focus and a passion for people development.

Responsibilities
**
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver training and development programs that promote continuous learning.
- Oversee performance management processes and support managers in providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices across all entities.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and employee relations.
- Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation.

Required Skills
**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR issues.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in change management and driving cultural initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software tools.

Requirements and Qualifications
**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, AHRI) is desirable.
- Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
