Job Summary

The Learning and Organisational Development Consultant will play a critical role in enhancing the capabilities of our workforce and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions that align with organisational goals and promote employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning and development requirements across various departments.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops that address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to create and implement strategies for organisational development and change management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to support professional growth and succession planning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure innovative solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills for assessing learning needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design methodologies is preferred.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and organisational development or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications in training, coaching, or organisational development are advantageous.
- Experience in the Australian workplace context and understanding of local industry standards is preferred.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
