Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) food division. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and growth of the business. This position offers a competitive salary of $160,000 to $180,000 plus superannuation and a 20% Short-Term Incentive (STI).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth in the DTC food sector.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards.
