Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Australia.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance-related software applications.
