Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team capabilities.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and compliance processes.

- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
