Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the creative team to generate innovative ideas and concepts for various projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative direction and maintain a competitive edge.
- Present project concepts and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the creative or marketing industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.
