Job Summary
The Area Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and performance within a designated region. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure alignment with company goals. The Area Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and financial plans for the assigned area.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis on variances to support management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and training to finance staff within the area to enhance their capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between the finance department and other departments to promote financial literacy and understanding.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a related role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards.
