Job Summary
The Molecular Biology Technician will support laboratory operations by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and analyzing data in molecular biology research. The successful candidate will work closely with scientists and researchers to contribute to ongoing projects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and DNA sequencing.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and equipment.
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments, documenting results accurately.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, presenting findings to team members.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members on research projects and contribute to scientific discussions.
