Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Commercial Operator division, responsible for overseeing financial strategy and operations across dual business lines. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and support business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial health.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external stakeholders, including banks and investors.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
