Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and functional work environment by managing building services, maintenance staff, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate space planning and office layout to maximize functionality.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager) are preferred.
