Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager - Customer Experience to lead our customer experience strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement through innovative solutions and effective team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee the customer feedback process, ensuring insights are integrated into business practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer experience professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse customer experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a customer-centric culture.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer experience management or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer experience strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and service design principles.
- Availability to travel as needed for client engagements and business development activities.
