Job Summary
The Service Delivery Team Leader for Victoria and Tasmania (VIC/TAS) will oversee the effective delivery of services within the region, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a dynamic team, coordinating service activities, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service delivery team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement service delivery plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor service performance and drive improvements through effective coaching and support.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve service issues.
- Prepare and present reports on service delivery metrics to senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team engagement and development.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within VIC/TAS as required.
