Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing effective internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee treasury functions.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a solid understanding of financial regulations in Australia.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
