Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and provide financial insights.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure business sustainability.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with Australian financial regulations and compliance standards.
