Job Summary
The Group Finance Manager will oversee the financial management and strategic planning of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing financial risks, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. Responsibilities

- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards.
