Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability & Maintenance Manager to oversee and enhance the reliability of our operational processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal performance, and minimizing downtime to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and programs.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct root cause analysis of failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget and forecast future maintenance needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance and reliability metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance Manager, Reliability Engineer) are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
