Job Summary
The Reliability & Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and reliability strategies of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of all equipment and systems. This role involves leading a team of maintenance professionals, developing maintenance plans, and implementing best practices to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between maintenance activities and overall business goals.
- Manage the maintenance budget and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives for predictive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.

- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
