Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Mining & Resources division. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring strategic financial planning, reporting, and compliance. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and supporting the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards relevant to the mining and resources sector.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development.
