Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our global team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in sales performance. This role offers an opportunity to drive revenue growth while collaborating with diverse teams across various regions. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from $150,000 to $200,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Participate in recruitment and training of sales staff to ensure team effectiveness.
