Job Summary
The Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for ensuring the efficient preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of vehicles within the fleet. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the company’s high standards for vehicle presentation and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for rental, including refueling and checking fluid levels.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
