Job Summary
The Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall readiness of vehicles within the rental fleet. This role involves conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, contributing to a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for damage and maintenance needs.
- Report any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles for customer pick-up.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
