The People & Performance Partner plays a critical role in aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. This position focuses on enhancing employee engagement, performance management, and talent development to foster a high-performance culture within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing workforce concerns.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve performance outcomes.
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and streamline selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in HR management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, ideally within a partnership or advisory capacity.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Australia.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, AHRI) is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems is advantageous.
