Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Financial Controller (CA/CPA) to oversee the financial operations of our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to ensure financial integrity and compliance. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis while managing a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessments.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications
