Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Controller - Transport to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial performance and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the transport sector of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the transport division.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the profitability and efficiency of transport operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or business control role, preferably within the transport or logistics sector.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA is highly regarded.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of the transport industry and its financial dynamics is advantageous.
