Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the finance department and various business units, providing financial insights and strategic support to drive performance and informed decision-making. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support project finance and investment analysis to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Facilitate financial training and education for non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial literacy across the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in a business partnering role.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations applicable in Australia.
