Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Last Mile Logistics team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our logistics processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize last mile logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service, to streamline processes.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a proactive manner to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
