Job Summary

The Associate Director, Financial Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial processes and systems of the organisation. This position involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and the management of financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to enhance financial performance and deliver insights that support decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive operational effectiveness.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

- Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Australia.
- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, preferably within a large organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
