Job Summary
The General Manager People & Capability is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic human resource initiatives that enhance organizational performance. This role will oversee talent management, employee engagement, and capability building to foster a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs and capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in people practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in human resources management.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing and implementing people strategies in a complex organizational environment.
- Knowledge of current HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices in people management.
