Job Summary
The Program Support Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the successful delivery of programs and initiatives within the organization. This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting program managers, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain program documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules, to track progress and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate program activities and resolve issues.
- Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and training sessions related to program activities.
- Monitor program performance and prepare regular updates for management and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications
