Financial Controller


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, developing financial strategies, and providing insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial policies and controls to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the preparation of statutory accounts and tax returns in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA/CA qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or controllership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
