Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial integrity, and driving strategic financial planning to support the organisation's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and policies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
