Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and risk assessment activities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage external audits.
