This position is offered on behalf of one of our trusted clients, a reputable company based in Brisbane, Queensland, specialising in providing care and support services to elderly individuals and people with disabilities. The employer is seeking compassionate and professional carers to join their dedicated team.

• Provide daily care and support services to elderly clients and individuals with disabilities.

• Assist with personal care needs, including feeding, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ quality of life.

• Manage medications and ensure compliance with medical instructions.

• Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and support teams.

• Participate in social and rehabilitation programs to promote independence.

• Relevant qualification in Aged Care, Disability Support, Nursing, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in elderly care or disability support.

• Strong communication, patience, and empathy skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and manage responsibilities independently or as part of a team.

• Commitment to confidentiality, professional standards, and cultural sensitivity.

• Previous experience working in multicultural environments.

• Multilingual ability will be highly regarded.
