They are now seeking skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join their dedicated team.

• Deliver personal care and daily living assistance to clients in residential or community settings.

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meal support.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and social engagement.

• Support clients in participating in community activities and rehabilitation programs.

• Observe and report any changes in health status to supervisors or healthcare professionals.

• Follow care plans accurately and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Certificate or qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Nursing, or related areas.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in personal care or community care.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a team environment.

• Commitment to cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

 

Desirable Attributes

• Experience working in multicultural community environments.

• Multilingual abilities will be highly regarded.
