• Manage daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Supervise, train, and support retail staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.

• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.

• Prepare budgets, manage costs, and analyse financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail management.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Solid understanding of sales strategies, inventory control, and customer service principles.
