A leading service company in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support its growing workforce. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with Australian labour laws.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs
  • Maintain employee files and update HR records
  • Advise management on HR policies and workplace legislation
  • Coordinate performance reviews and payroll communication
  • Promote a positive work culture and staff welfare initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work regulations and Australian employment laws
  • Fluent written and spoken English (IELTS Competent or above)
