A reputable financial firm based in Melbourne is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant (General) to handle day-to-day financial reporting and compliance. • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports
• Record and monitor company financial transactions in compliance with AASB standards
• Prepare BAS, GST, and PAYG reports
• Assist in annual budgeting and expense analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and financial regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Taxation
• Effective English communication (IELTS or OET Competent level)
