Organizational Structure of Dadmehr

Dadmehr consists of two independent specialized divisions, each with a clear structure and mission, yet both working toward a single objective: creating real opportunities for skilled professionals and facilitating their legal entry into the Australian labor market.

Division One: Migration Unit – AVC (Australian Visa Consultant)

The AVC unit serves as the legal arm of Dadmehr. Its services are provided exclusively to applicants who have secured employment opportunities through Dadmehr’s recruitment division or the AuzSeek platform, or who have been sponsored directly by the organization.

AVC does not accept external immigration cases. All services are provided strictly for internal applicants within the Dadmehr system to ensure maximum quality, accuracy, and full compliance with the regulations of the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

All migration cases within this unit are handled by Registered Migration Agents or licensed immigration lawyers. The primary goal of AVC is to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and reliability throughout every stage of the immigration process—from receiving a job offer to visa issuance and arrival in Australia.

Division Two: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – AuzSeek

The AuzSeek platform is Dadmehr’s international brand in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. It is an advanced digital infrastructure that directly connects skilled job seekers with verified Australian employers.

Within this platform, applicants can prepare their resumes according to Australian professional standards, apply for real job opportunities, and if selected, participate in interviews directly with employers.

What distinguishes AuzSeek is its flexible and legally structured sponsorship model. If an employer wishes to hire a candidate but cannot directly sponsor them, Dadmehr can act as the legal sponsor under its licensed sponsorship framework. After the visa is granted, the applicant will be placed with the same employer.

This structure ensures that no employment pathway reaches a dead end. Every interview has the potential to become a real employment opportunity in Australia.
