Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Administration and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing administrative tasks and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance property sales and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including listings, brochures, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and manage open houses, property viewings, and client appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and property listings in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email.
- Provide administrative support in preparing sales contracts and documentation.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required for open houses and client meetings.
