Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and reporting.
- Lead the financial auditing process and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers to analyse project costs and profitability.
