Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security State Operations Manager for the VIC/TAS region. This role is responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of security personnel, manage client relationships, and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily security operations across the VIC/TAS region.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor security staff, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Collaborate with clients to identify security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on security performance and incidents to senior management.
- Handle escalated security issues and coordinate emergency response efforts as necessary.
